Dan Yakobian (Of Counsel)
Dan Yakobian has wide-ranging experience in civil litigation and administrative hearings, with a focus on employment law and housing rights cases. Dan has represented employees against their employers in individual and class action wage and hour cases, Labor Commissioner hearings, as well as wrongful termination, workplace discrimination, retaliation and sexual harassment. In addition, Dan has represented tenants against their landlords in unlawful detainer-evictions, habitability, and wrongful eviction cases.
Dan is fluent in Hebrew and Farsi. He is admitted to practice law in the State of California as well as in Federal Court in the United States District Court for the Central District of California.
